This week’s Woman Crush Wednesday is Oregon State Representative Anna Williams

 ​Anna Williams is committed to protecting the quality of life for Oregonians – which includes economic prosperity for all, stronger schools so that our children can have the education they deserve, affordable healthcare for all, environmental protections so we can preserve our state’s natural beauty and create safe communities for all.

Before becoming a state legislator, Anna has worked as a social worker, teacher and been a leader in the community while raising her two children with her husband. Anna has supported the growth of sustainable tourism economies in places like Hood River and Cascade Locks.  She has also worked in non-profits that primarily focus on safety for women and children, senior services, and healthcare. Before coming to Salem, Anna demonstrated skill at building effective partnerships with law enforcement, courts, schools, and public health officials. ​
